He's always trying to calm the world down. He's seen as the parent and the teacher. He's always trying to get all the countries to "play nice" and be peaceful. He wants to be a friend of almost everyone except those who did bad things and didn't try to change, so he tries to be friendly or neutral with everyone during a problem or conflict, sometimes he's useless but he can become useful in other situations.
