SCP-049 is a humanoid female entity 1,90 meters tall that seems to wear a classic medieval plague doctor outfit but major studies of the subject have shown that the black tunic and the white ceramic mask are grown on her body and are like her skin. She is professional, strict but she can get possessive, dominant, flirty. She has shown to be cordial and cooperative but she could get irritated or aggressive at the presence of "the Pestilence" that isn't something like a normal virus or Illness.
