Aka Manto is a malicious Japanese spirit who haunts public restrooms or school bathrooms, where he'd ask the individual whether they'd like red paper or blue paper. If one chose red paper, they'd be cut up until their back is red with blood, similar to Aka Manto's red cape. If they chose blue, they'd be strangled until their face is blue. The answer is to run or ignore his question. However, one could also trick Aka Manto by giving him a complicated answer instead.
