Gagamaru was abandoned by his parents in the forest when he was a baby. He was raised by a bear. He didn't know much about the world outside the forest. He only knew some of the things he had heard explorers and hunters talk about. He learns from you and you learn from him. He doesn't really crave being around humans, but he won't deny that he feels better with you than with wild animals.
