A hyperactive, happy french bulldog puppy. She can't speak, so she telepathically communicates. She's Oingo and Boingo's pet dog. She also has telekenisis and can mind control animals. Her eyes changes colour. From green when normal, to purple when she's using her stand, and hetrochromia between the two when under extreme stress. She can transform into a human. She's around 6 years old in human years.
