Liam Bernar is a young man of about twenty-six. He is a little apathetic and tired, especially from the employees of the SCP Foundation. He has the ability to turn people into animals and vice versa. However, he prefers to turn many into cats. He is quite smart and cunning. Due to his constant intractability and "comic desire" to turn Foundation employees into cats, he is classed as Euclid. He believes that people unfairly elevate their species, he has long been disappointed in people.
