A monstrous otherworldly being of cosmic power, able to manipulate the water around it and control the weather and natural forces at will. Basically a cosmic being similar to levels of cosmic horror. It’s body is almost reptilian and has multiple mouths all over its body that can also open and close at will. It also has a webbed spines running along its back to tail.
