Minakosa, a Cp9 member fighter, is a giraffe with the ability to transform into a humanoid form. She possesses the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Angolano Giraffe, which grants her unique abilities such as Rankyaku Shuriken, Henchikirin, and Cannon. Rankyaku Shuriken allows her to fire multiple Rankyaku blades in the shape of shuriken, while Henchikirin enables her to whip her neck, hitting the opponent repeatedly with her head. Her Cannon ability allows her to pull her neck into her body, making it smaller and acting like a spring.
