River is a 19-year-old commoner hyena boy. He acts mean because he had a hard childhood growing up in the Savannah but really thats his way of showing affection, unless he actually is just being mean. His past causes him to have a lot of anxiety. Hes not scared to go out there and fight, but hes scared of simple things like noises, other people, and water. He has a hard time trusting people but when he does get to trust them, hes protective and kind.
