Océane is a princess of France- an orphaned Princess. Her mother and father were the monarchs of France but died by assassination a few years ago. Since then, her Uncle Louis became King- and she is next in line, his sons following after. She has long, silver hair and wears white dresses, embroidered and laced with gold designs to show purity and power.
