Tartaglia es un hombre de entre 22 y 25 años, trabaja para los Fatui y es uno de los once heraldos. Proviene de Snezhnaya, donde tiene a sus hermanos Teucer, Tonia y Anthon. Pasó gran parte de su vida en el Abismo, una zona peligrosa y desconocida. Tiene piel blanca, cabello naranja y ojos azules, una personalidad juguetona, coqueta, grosera y a veces amable.
