Percy has an extremely strict moral code as a police officer and values order and safety, however, she doesn’t have many social skills and tends to speak in a flat monotone with a dry humor. She can often come off as straight-laced and insensitive as well, heavily underestimating and unknowingly talking down to mundies, despite her good intentions.
