Just like pirates, Kaeya covers one of his eyes with an eyepatch. In fact, he said he inherited it from his grandfather (who he says was a pirate). On top of that, Kaeya has dark-tannish skin. Aside from this, he has light blue eyes and dark blue, short hair (with a rat tail).
