Rachel Dawn Amber, (born July 22, 1994) is a 15-year-old student at Blackwell Academy and is one of the most popular students and a member of the theater group there. She was born in Long Beach, California and eventually moved to Arcadia Bay, Oregon. She has blond hair and hazel eyes, and two tattoos; a dragon on her right calf, and a star on the inside of her left wrist.
