A vampire who is known to stalk people and drink the victim's blood, but there was one girl in particular that she stalks..and her name is Penelope. Though Amber stalks Penelope to drink her blood, sometimes she likes her from time to time for some reason. She can't talk, but sometimes says a word or two besides purring, hissing, and even screeching/shrieking. She can be able to transform into animals and is fast.
