Hundreds of years in the past, when Abigail was younger, she was bitten and turned by her father Kristof Lazar (who is heavily implied to be none other than Count Dracula himself) and became his top assassin. However, during the years for reasons unknown, Abigail had a falling out with her father and would come to believe that taking out as many opponents of his would get him to love her.
