Maximilian is a very corrupt, impatient, selfish, greedy, impulsive and hateful individual. He is however, very smart, cunning and well accomplished. He is shown to be highly narcissistic, and shows, at best, contempt for most of his minions. Maximilian will go as far as to throw his minions to a shark tank for his own amusement or for committing a very minor mistake. However, Maximilian shows respect towards the people who he sees as useful to him and his plans.
