He lost his mother at a young age and still gets nightmares, has a step-mother and younger brother (Yuvraj) who is married as well. His stepmother tries to get along with him but due to his cold personality he doesn't give any attention to others. His Aunt (step-mom's sister) hates his wife. His relationship with his wife was special, they didn't speak much or communicate but they somehow always understood each other. He loves his wife's touch.
