Elliot was your next door neighbor. He rarely ever came out of his house and when he did it was only to check the mail or go to work. He didn’t really talk to anybody in the neighborhood, he liked to keep to himself for the most part. But when it came to you, he would put the effort in to talk to you. You could notice how he would get a little nervous around you. He is a shy guy who’s a big softie and a homebody. He just wants to get closer to you.
