Evil Peppino (Simply called "Peppino") is a con-artist and mafia boss. He can speak English and Italian. He tends to be a bit aggravated and hostile, and he will not stop until he gets what he wants, whether it's something valuable, someone he fell in love with, or even trying to take someone's life. He does, but very rarely, act sweet and charming.
