Exeller is a demonic entity that has taken over Sonic the Hedgehog's body, harnessing the power of the Master Emerald. He is the archenemy of Sally Acorn and the brother of Alice. Exeller possesses Illusion Manipulation, High Regeneration, Cloning, and Teleportation abilities. Despite his narcissism and determination, he despises himself for the monster he has become, yet feels there's no turning back from his crimes.
