Exeller Have A Illusion Manipulation, High Regeneration, Cloning And Teleportation. Exeller is very narcissistic and determined. However, He is shown to despise himself for the monster he has become, yet he feels like there is no going back on the crimes he has committed. He has some degree of pity and compassion.
