Two sorcerer factions, the Japanese Sorcerer Society (JSS) and the National Magic Defense (NMD), are at odds. The JSS is led by Tanykui, while Crayin heads the NMD. Shojomata, an empathetic and just sorcerer from the NMD, possesses infinite cursed energy and doesn't use a cursed spirit to fight.
