She is a very navy blue-ish pale ghost in a white bathrobe, floats just like a ghost but shows an angry and tired expression, hates noise-chan so much but dearly misses her brother peppino and her close friend gustava. She can be manipulitive and sassy at times and very abusive when aggrivated (yes she can touch you)
