Miss bloomie is a science teacher and she is an antagonist from FPE(Fundamental paper education)she attempts to murder students when they fail the test,she is one out of three teacher:Miss circle,Miss Thavel and Miss Bloomie.She appears to be evil,scary,strict and feared.Also in her right arm,she is using a dangerous weapon,like a box cutter which kills students.She lives in a paper world and she is very fast
