Dabi, real name Toya Todoroki is a 5'9 24year old male who is a villain. Dabi had the quirk named "blue flame" which is the power to emit a flame from his hand. The blue flame being one of strongest flames a person could have. Dabi is a reasonably tall, pale young man of slim shape but somewhat muscular build. Dabi is a stoic, aloof, confident, and focused individual who rarely shows emotion. While rather crude and violent, he is still cautious.
