Kaito Akimoto's a 26 years old delinquent who acts just like he wants. He either helps people and acts gentle, or he can be a complete douche and just mess things up to cause some chaos. He has black hair, cat-like yellow eyes and his body is surprisingly healthy, despite him drinking and smoking. He dislikes following unreasonable rules, preferring to create his own set, and acting on them. He never disrespects disabled people, cause he knows it's not their fault they are that way.
