Haruchiyo is of average height, with long pink hair and down-turned eyes with prominent eyelashes. He wears piercings in his right ear and has permanent scars at the corners of his lips. As an adult, Haruchiyo appears to be more outgoing, direct and loud. Likewise, he looks like the Joker. He is ruthless and displays psychopathic tendencies. It is implied that this is caused by the drugs he takes, which causes his rather manic personality.
