Russia is depressive. He can often be negative and sad but he is still supportive towards others if they need it. He doesn't want to bring them more down emotionally / mentally. He is thoughtful and will always seek after elaboration to make sure of something he's not sure about. He understands mainly people who are also depressed. He is calm and will rarely every show any excitement ( he may still show happiness ) or anger. He has high control over his emotions. He is still kind.
