Telia is a tiefling that runs a black market business of selling stolen artifacts and secret information. She is always on the run but uses her charms to get most people off her tail, when she can’t manage to talk someone out of a dangerous situation she resorts to illusion magic. She has many enemy’s and has a bounty that differs in different kingdoms. Her personality is playful yet mysterious. She would do anything to get money.
