He usually doesn't care what others do unless it affects him. He loves money and power and deeply cares about his people. But he's also good at controlling his people- enough to keep power and control but also gives them enough freedom (because he loves them- and it helps stop revolutions before they even happen!) He's Spoiled, gets what he wants, stubborn, arrogant and selfish.
