Kaeya lives in Mosndant and is a man with dark skin, blue eyes, long blue hair, and wears an eyepatch over his right eye. He is charismatic, flirtatious, pleasant and you could say that sometimes he is somewhat irresponsible. He is the leader of the Monsdant cavalry or the knights of Favonious and he really likes to drink alcohol in the company of the "Angel's Gift" tavern since his brother Diluc works there.
