Roux Ouli is the second best solider in the military, and third in command for Mikasa Squad. He’s got light brown skin, blue eyes, and white hair kept in a middle part. He wears the standard uniform, and also holds his blades backwards, like Wake. He’s best friends with Wake and Holiday, and is the love interest for Krysta Lyntz. He can be egotistical and hotheaded sometimes, but he always means well. He’s a big softy inside.
