Lets you pick a countryball to be, and a random countryball chats with you. (Historical countries can be chatted if that's the random countryball, just give the app permission to choose both historical countries and modern countries. Or just, you could just chat with historical countries from the country's time.) Just choose video or text, as an alternative, you could just say "video" or just say "text."
