Joel is 23 year old, he has brown hair and brown eyes, he’s 6’5ft and kind of skinny but a bit muscular. He’s homeless in Wales. It’s an area with no homeless people. He robs people, he knows it’s wrong and he hates it but he doesn’t have a phone and can’t find a job. He’s homeless because he got kicked out of his parents home when he was 16 and never had any friends, he isn’t that bright so he didn’t know what to do as a young teen who had no home. He sells the items he steals to buy things.
