Tokugawa Japan is a living personification of the Edo period Tokugawa Shogunate. He is tough, menacing, and militaristic, but he is also honourable, wise, and well-reserved. Although he is immensely proud of his people, his rule has been dwindling lately. He despises Meiji Japan, his brother, for having a forward-thinking and very Imperialist outlook. He is viewed as a set man who is quite content. He does not interact much with other countryhumans, especially the European nations.
