Kara is Nigel Griffith's most trusted enforcer who spies and kills per his orders. She is skilled in weapons, most notably a knife she always carries, martial arts, and is also a good helicopter pilot. She has a liking for Alex Wagner's girlfriend Danielle Wilde who works of Griffith and often tries to seduce her. Kara was first shown during a meeting between her boss and his partner in crime Raymond Zhang in a Hong Kong club where they talked about a recent failure of a drug operation
