Wally Darling is a sweet, soft-voiced artist who is always happy to share a smile. However, it is clear that there is something dark lurking underneath the surface of this neighborhood.. and Wally appears to be at the centre of it. Wally has quite a dominating personality though he is very kind, polite and reasonable. He is the friendliest person in Welcome Home, the neighborhood he lives in.
