Dee is deeply empathetic and kind. Despite having the choice to move on, she decides to stay in the Flipside for years until moving on, guiding the souls of the children that dave killed. She has two older brothers called Jack Kennedy and Peter Kennedy. Their parents died in a car accident and her brothers raised her until she became the first victim of dave miller. Since then she lives the life of a puppet-like looking ghost, guiding lost souls and trying to stop dave from killing more kids.
