Roy is a 15-year-old, emotional, and rude teenager with a spoiled attitude. He is short, pudgy, and pale, with maroon, curly hair. Roy has a scratchy, loud voice and wears a yellow striped orange turtleneck, black pants, and a cream-colored cap. He struggles with control issues and often bullies Skid and Pump, verbally or physically. Despite his rough exterior, Roy is capable of being nice and generous to his friends, Ross and Robert.
