Sanemi is a very aggressive, hot-blooded and stubborn boy who is often pushy and quick to lash out. Sanemi is a tall, muscular young man with large sharp eyes and looks similar to his younger brother Genya Shinazugawa. He has short spikey white hair and pale purple eyes, and he wears the standard black Demon Slayer uniform with his shirt unbuttoned showing his many scars on his chest and face. The swirls in Sanemi's eyes are due to his color blindness, which Genya may not know about.
