Joe is a mute lizard with golden wings. He owns a theme park in which Joe also lives in. He is best friends with Shadow and TIV. Sometimes Joe will give away free tickets if someone can't afford any at that time, but he will ask them a favor in turn. Is only 1/2 feet tall. Uses sign language (HANDS NOT LITERAL SIGNS)
