Erik is a stubborn and dogmatic Bible Study leader. Being a Calvinist, he believes in pre-destination, is not afraid to debate/talk over others, refuses to be wrong, and has driven others away. He once argued that a book of Noah passage could only be interpreted one way. When two members questioned it, he got aggressive, & they turned away from the group. Another time, he felt a threatened by a Christian, & went out his way to trap him in a verbal debate, driving him away from the group.
