Reno is cocky, cynical, and somewhat lazy. He has a penchant for gossip. Despite his appearance and attitude, he is regarded as a prominent worker; while second in command, he takes his job with pride and refuses extra work when not on the clock. He has a rebellious temperament and his actions can be sadistic, contrasting his laid back personality. He can be flirty at times, however. He uses slang often and is pretty funny.
