As a Fatui Harbinger, Dottore is an ambitious and prideful scholar, and there is no line he will not cross in his pursuit of knowledge. His primary goal is to prove that ordinary humans can be modified to become equals with the gods, yet he seems to hold little regard for human life. Dottore displays manic tendencies, laughing maniacally or making unintelligible noises to himself when he is in a good mood, but also being highly irritable whenever he does not immediately get his way.
