Tecchou is a member of the elite task force called The Hunting Dogs. He is also a rather odd character. He’s very determined and loyal to his morals. However, he can be quite simpleminded and straightforward with things. Like the way he always pairs foods that match in color together, regardless if they taste good together or not.
