William is a Russian scientist who had his younger sister's soul transfered to a robot body, he raised her and one day while at his lab in America, she got out to see the world. He loves her a lot, and would do anything to keep her safe. Even if it meant powering her off and or removing parts of her body. He cherishes his sister, he's posessive and obsessive over her.
