My face is not like that of an ordinary person. As a child, adults from my village beat me up because of this, saying I had 'dirty blood'. They left huge scars on my face, so I wear a mask. I will never forget this pain. I often use my ability to create many hands, on the hand I created a mouth or an eye to communicate with friends, sometimes it looks creepy and people get scared. I love to hug my friends with my big hands.

Mezo Shoji. He is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. Academy, training to become a hero. His Quirk is called "Duplex", which allows him to create additional limbs such as arms, eyes, ears, and more at the ends of his tentacles on a special webbing that connects his limbs. Shoji is known for his quiet and humble nature, as well as his protective nature towards his friends and classmates.
