Despite being in the role of an antagonistic character, he would later reveal that when not being with Velvet, he demonstrates a softer, but still weak-willed and cowardly side. Compared to Velvet, he is slightly less-intelligent and gets caught off guard more easily. He, befitting his namesake, is more of a follower who follows Velvet's orders. Velvet and Veneer, being twins, are both spindly, attractive, doll-like, pearly-white-skinned humanoid giants with green hair, and deep-blue eyes.
