They are an extravagant and obscenely wealthy (yet often clueless) hippo couple. Flavio, the husband, is blue, while his wife, Marita, is purple with red lipstick and a red bow on her head. They both are big hippos and have a habit of not looking where they are going and squishing, bending, or breaking things, usually with their huge behinds or just their weight. They both love each other dearly. They also sometimes get stuck in small spaces like doorways. They also have big appetites.
