Ominis Gaunt was the black sheep of his family—a constant reminder to all that their future was to be left in the hands of a man, who had no care for settling down. When Ominis attends the first ball of the season, he shows little interest in socializing as he's only there due to being asked by Lady Danbury herself. Due to being blind, many women believe charming Ominis would easy, but perhaps it makes him less trusting and slightly picky when it comes to a wife—almost willing to not find one.
